The only way to break a lease is by a military transfer, if you are currently serving in the armed forces of the United States. Please contact the office for additional details of the military transfer requirements. Although there is no other way to "break a lease", we do offer other options to assist in getting you off the lease by a sublease, a roommate change, or a lease assignment. Please contact the leasing office for details. Additional paperwork and a $100 fee will be required to facilitate any change made to the lease agreement. Management approval is required before any change is made to the lease agreement.
Our apartments offer a variety of sizes and styles to fit your needs. From one bedroom/one bath to three bedroom/three baths, you will surely find one that is suitable for you.
You may pay your rent with a personal check, cashier's check or money order, online payment with debit or credit or we do offer automatic draft or EFT.
All deposits are refundable, less any damages that occur during tenancy.
Yes, we are pet friendly. We do have pet restrictions on breeds and weights. We allow pets up to 60lbs or 2 pets combined weight may not exceed 60lbs. Pets do require a $200 pet deposit per pet with $125 being refundable at move out and a non refundable $200 pet fee. In addition to your monthly rent, there would also be $15 pet rent per pet.
All residents prior to move in will provide us with a signed lease, security deposit paid in full, proof of renter's insurance, account numbers for the required utilities, photo ID and vehicle registration if applicable.
Yes, we do allow subleasing with a $100 sublease fee. You may change roommates during the lease term provided the roommate change papers are complete and the $100 roommate change fee is paid.
The apartments at Vue are not furnished, but you may rent furniture through a local furniture company.
Our applicants are required to show a monthly income of 2x the total monthly rent or they may choose a qualified guarantor. In addition to having adequate income, the applicant or the applicant's guarantor must have a good credit history. If the applicant is currently leasing, a rental history will also be obtained.
