Maintenance Responsibilities
In any Common Interest Community determining who has maintenance responsibility for repairs can sometimes be difficult. Fortunately, CMG Leasing, Inc. has developed the chart below to remove any confusion over repair and maintenance responsibility. The chart is in compliance with the original governing documents. Damages resulting from the actions of any party would not fall under this guidance, but would be the responsibility of the party at fault.
