No. All CMG Leasing-Radford properties do not allow pets.

To qualify, you must be over the age of 21, in good credit standing, and have a monthly income of three times the total monthly rent or you would need to have a qualified guarantor. A guarantor can be anyone over the age of 21 and in good credit standing.

Yes. To complete a sublease, both you and the person subleasing your apartment will need to complete the Sublease Agreement through the leasing office and pay the $100.00 Sublease Fee.

A Roommate Change occurs when one or more current resident(s) renew their current lease for another lease term, one or more of the current residents are vacating, and someone new is taking their place on the lease. To complete a Roommate Change, all residents who are staying, moving out, and the new residents moving in must complete paperwork through the Leasing Office and pay the $100.00 Roommate Change Fee.

Your rent is due on the 1st of every month. However, you do have until 5PM on the 5th to pay without a penalty. A late charge of 10% of your total monthly rent will be applied to your account if payments are received after 5:00pm on the 5th.

To apply to be resident of CMG Leasing in Radford, each person would need to fill out an application, pay a $25.00 application and a $100.00 per person reservation fee. Once an apartment is assigned to you, the reservation fee would be applied towards your security deposit.

Yes, renter's insurance is required for residency. Each person on the lease would need to obtain a Renter's Insurance Policy and provide a copy to the Leasing Office before occupancy. If you are a student and your parents have a homeowner's policy, as a dependent you may be covered under such policy. The insurance is to provide coverage for your personal belongings and your personal liability while you are living in the apartment.

You can pay your rent directly to our leasing office during normal business hours by check or money order. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED! If it is after hours, you may place your rental payment in the drop box located at the leasing office. You can also pay online for a small convenience fee or sign up for our Automatic Draft.

A joint and several lease means that in the case of multiple residents, each roommate is jointly and severally liable for all rent on the apartment and for fulfilling all terms of the Lease Agreement. The total amount of monthly rent and all other charges is the responsibility of all of the residents and is to be decided between the residents of who is responsible for what amount.

The security deposit is equal to one month's rent and must be paid before you move in.
