We do request that the resident notifies the leasing office if maintenance is needed in the apartment. This is to ensure the resident(s) is aware that maintenance will be coming into the apartment.
Only the resident(s) whose name appears on the lease agreement can obtain a permanent parking permit. However, visitor passes are available at the Leasing Office and can be obtained during office hours.
Proof of Renter's insurance is required for the term of the lease as outlined under Section 14 of the Lease Agreement. Students that are covered under their parent's Homeowner Insurance Policy may provide proof of coverage by submitting a copy of the Rider and Declaration Page showing the applicant as an additional insured. All others must purchase a separate policy and provide proof of coverage.
A joint and several lease means that in the case of multiple residents, each roommate is jointly and severally liable for all rent and all other charges associated with the apartment and for fulfilling all terms of the Lease Agreement. It is the responsibility of all of the residents and is to be decided between the residents of who is responsible for what amount.
A late charge of 10% of your total monthly rent will be applied to your account if payments are received after 5:00pm on the 5th.
Your rent is due on the 1st of every month. However, you do have until 5PM on the 5th to pay without a penalty. If mailing your payment to the office, the payment must be received by 5pm on the 5th to avoid the late fee-regardless of the postmark.
